Deliveries & Returns

Only orders placed before 12pm GMT are processed the same day.  Orders placed after 12pm GMT will not be processed until the following day - Monday through to Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders received on weekends will be processed the following business day.   Our umbrellas are completely hand-made, mostly on customer order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay and the item will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. All orders are processed in British Pound Sterling.

Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt, and maybe affected by Customs and Excise delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Therefore we ask that you contact your local customs/import/mail departments for rates before you place an order to avoid any surprises.

 

Refunds & Returns

We hope that you love your Archer Adams order, however if you wish to return our product, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of receipt, for any items with which you are not entirely satisfied. Items should be returned new, unused, and unworn. We require all designers packaging, where applicable, including branded boxes, tags or dust bags, to be returned in new condition. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important information for International customers

Please mark returned packages 'Returned Items'. Archer Adams will incur import charges and taxes if this is not written on the package.

Procedure for returning goods

Please email info@archeradamslondon.com and quote ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 30 days of receipt.

 

We will email you the label instructions and the return address. 

If you would like an exchange, subject to availability the new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received and checked by us.


As our products are above £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure that we will receive your returned item. Please be advised that we are not liable of any lost or stolen package that has not successfully arrived to our factory address from your local post. 

Store Credit

If you wish to have any returned item value added to your account as Store Credit, rather than a refund, for future use, please clearly state this on the Returns Form. The Store Credit is valid from 12 months from date and you can use this at any time, simply by logging into your account. The Store Credit will deduct automatically from any value at the Checkout stage.
